Shipping Policy

During our busier times of the year, such as Christmas, Easter and other special promotional times, our dispatch and delivery times may vary. Please consider ordering early to ensure you receive your order before your desired date.


Additionally, we cannot arrange for your order to be delivered to the nominated address on a specific date or time of the day. We will process and dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.


Click and Collect

Charlesworth Nuts has no ‘Click and Collect' service available via our online shop. You can, however, place an order over the phone with one of our 11 stores! Simply phone any Charlesworth store, place your order, pay over the phone and organise a time to collect your order – nice and easy!

Cost and Pricing

We charge a flat-rate for SA and Australia wide shipping. We do not charge a ‘handling’ fee on any orders.

Delivery Promise

We take great pride in all our products and gifts at Charlesworth Nuts. We promise that when any product or gift leaves our factory, it will be fresh and in perfect condition. We promise to pack your selection carefully and securely to ensure it reaches you safely.

Free Shipping Offers

Our free shipping offers are not valid with other discount offers (including VIPeanut Club 10% off codes). Gift vouchers are still valid during free shipping offers. 

Lost or Delayed Offers

We are happy to issue a full refund if your order does not arrive due to postal delays or lost status after 30 calendar days.

Do You Deliver Outside Of Australia?

While we wish we could deliver worldwide, we only accept orders to Australian addresses. Having said that, you can order from anywhere in the world as long as you are delivering to an Australian address.

Our Services and Partners

The majority of the orders we receive are delivered via Australia Post. At our discretion, we may seek alternate transport from an independent courier to deliver your order. This will only happen if it is of benefit to you, our customer, and a better way to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely.

Delivery Tracking

All deliveries outside the Adelaide CBD will be dispatched via Australia Post and are trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email orders@charlesworthnuts.com.au with your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery to Adelaide CBD addresses will be dispatched through our own drivers. At this stage, these orders cannot be tracked.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Rest assured, this is an uncommon occurrence, but accidents do happen. In the unlikely event that your order is incomplete or has been severely damaged during transit, we will do our best to rectify the problem. In this case, please contact us within 3 business days and feel confident that we will do everything possible to fix the issue quickly and easily.

Shipping Chocolate Orders

During warmer periods of the year, shipping our chocolates or any gifts that contain our chocolates can become challenging. To avoid undesirable melting, we may decide to hold your order in our temperature-controlled facility until cooler weather arrives. In this event, we will make every attempt to contact you beforehand. Alternatively, you may wish to consider choosing a product and/or gift that does not contain any chocolate. Express Delivery

Please call us on (08) 8296 8366 for express delivery, available in the South Australia metropolitan area. Preferred delivery date options are not currently available outside the SA metro area.

Re-Direction Fees

Re-direction fees may apply if you change your delivery address after your order has been placed or if the delivery address you have entered is incorrect, invalid or otherwise unable to be delivered to. Please enter the delivery address carefully to ensure it is correct and accurate before placing your order. With our local metro orders in South Australia, if we cannot deliver your order safely and securely, we will leave a card with instructions to call us and organise a time that suits you for us to redeliver.

We use Australia Post for most of our orders. If they cannot deliver your order safely and securely, they will return it to the nearest post office.

Packing Of Gifts and Products

Our packing team is committed to retaining your order's quality and freshness. We always strive to pack all gifts and products with the highest care and attention. We pack orders into appropriately sized cartons, filling all excess space with cushioning materials.

What If No One Is Present to Accept Delivery

When placing an online order, you will be given the option to leave your order at the nominated delivery address (should the premises be unattended). By selecting this option, you agree that your order can be left safely, away from direct sunlight.

If you do not select the above option, your order will not be left unattended at the nominated delivery address. Instead, your order will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post collection point. A card will be left informing you about your delivery's collection point.

We do not recommend leaving your order unattended if it contains chocolate products (to avoid melting). Instead, nominate a delivery address where you know someone can accept the delivery.
