Below is a Basic Guide to placing an online order.

How do I place and order?
If you have registered on this website before you do not need to register again, you should already have a Username and Password which can be used everytime you want to place an order.
If you have not registered on this website before, you need to follow a couple of simple steps before placing your order.
If you have registered before but you did not save your Username and password, follow the Lost your Password screen, you will need to enter your login Username and email address and your password will be sent to you. If you can not remember your login Username then contact us and will create a new password for you. (we can not see your original password so we would have to create a new one for you)

Firstly...
Click on the Register link next to where is says "No account yet?"
this will take you to a screen where you enter some details about yourself. No details will Ever be sold or given out to any other company so your information is safe with us. |
Next...
Enter your basic details then press the 
button at the bottom of the page.
Make sure all your details are correct (especially your email address) as this is an automated system and we can not check every registration.
You have now Registered with this
website. |

An automated email will be sent to the email address that you have specified. In this email you will have your Password (that can be easily changed by you at any date in the 'Account Maintenance' screen, as pictured below) and your Username.
You should be automatically logged in when you create your initial registration.

If you have registered in the past and want to login, put your username and password in the left hand pane and press the login button.

Now to place the order...
Browse through all our products and gifts adding anything you want to your shopping cart. If you click on any of the product names it will take you to a screen giving you more detailed information about that product or gift, its through here that you can select a Non Chocolate version of the Gift if you are worried about the Gift being delivered in the heat.
Now Ive got what I want, how do I pay for my order?
A listing on the right hand pane should show you what you have added to your shopping cart and how much it has totalled to.
When you click on the "SHOW CART" wording it will take you to your cart. |

Under the Update heading you can change the quantity of the item that you ordered and press the update quantity item button ... or you can delete the item by pressing the delete button .
Sometimes we may be running a promotion offering a discount, this is where you would place the coupon code to receive the discount off the order.
When you are happy with this order, press the to proceed.
your next screen will be the delivery confirmation screen.
If you are happy with the default shipping address, press next.
If you want to send this order to a different address press the word (which is a link) and change the Address to where you want your order sent to.
Press next to proceed after the Address has been changed. |

if you want to have items delivered to an alternative delivery address, then follow the procedure below.

First...
press the link that says Shipping Address and fill in all the relevant delivery details and save.
Then you wil be returned to the screen above.
Select the option circle above by pressing in it with the mouse pointer, the option circle should be highlighted inside.
Now press Next...The Alternative delivery address will now be changed. |
Nearly Finished...
...all you need to do is put in your credit card details then leave a card message if necessary and your order is complete.
Your Credit Card details are processed by a safe third party company, we do not have any access to your Credit Card details.
You will receive an automated confirmation of your order to your specified email address. We will get your order packed and sent to you as soon as we can.
