Delivery Questions

Please note that delivery is available within Australia.
International customers can still Register with us and have any of our products or gifts sent to friends anywhere in Australia, as long as the delivery address is in Australia this website will accept your order.
The Majority of our packages are delivered by Australia Post, Australia wide. Delivery may be held due to extreme weather conditions, but you the customer would be contacted in this event.
We hold the right to change the Delivery Company (most likely Fastways Couriers) at our own discretion, but this will only happen if we know that it will benefit you due to getting your delivery to you quicker and safer.
Standard Delivery
If you live in the Adelaide Metro Area we will endeavor to have our own drivers deliver your order. We generally only deliver during business working days but sometimes make exceptions closer to christmas... otherwise if we are not delivering your products, the general recommendation for Australia Post delivery outside of Adelaide is that will need to Allow up to 3-7 working days for the Standard delivery to reach you, once you have been notified that your order has been shipped depending how far you live from Adelaide.
Australia post does not provide a refrigerated delivery process.
Postage and Handling Charges
This Website has a module incorporated in it that Automatically works out the Postage and Handling charges directly from an Australia Post. The Delivery Charges are determined by where you live and the quantity of products you order.
Gift Baskets delivery costs are worked out as a cubic weight and not necessarily by the actual weight.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you'll be completely satisfied with your order. However, we realize that problems do sometimes occur.
Charlesworth Nuts takes no responsibility for orders lost or damaged by the postal or courier service. If your products were damaged during the delivery process, please contact the relevant carrier to report the damage.
Defective Products Received
If you receive any defective products, you must call us within 3 days on either our toll free number 1300 724 488 or 8296 8366 if in Adelaide (otherwise the complaint will not be processed). If a defect is confirmed, we will promptly provide you with a refund or exchange the product upon its return to us. This is a very rare occurrence, but rest assured we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will not be charged for an additional shipping fee if we need to ship you a replacement product or gift.
