Nadene... our Central Market Store manager of 35 years came along to help us celebrate and open our refurbished store. Nadene has now been immortalized into the central market with a tribute on our Charlesworth Nuts Market Store Bulk Head.
The origin of Charlesworth Nuts extends way back to 1934, when we established a small Nut and Dried Fruit stall at the Central Market in the heart of Adelaide. Our Grandfather, Herb Charlesworth, bought this stall as an interest for our Grandmother, Doris, who managed the stall on her own.
In recent years, two of Brett's sons Rhys (who is the current Market Store Manager) and Kain have become involved and are keen to drive the company forward.
